Stroller Strides of Rocklin and Roseville

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their little ones in a stroller. In 60 minutes, we combine strength training, cardio, and abdominal work while entertaining the children through songs, games, counting and more.

Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it's a great workout for all fitness levels. With weekly playgroups and monthly moms' nights out, Stroller Strides is a great way to get fit and meet other moms in your area!
